I just installed Linked Notes and it looks really great! The wysiwyg editor is excellent. I hope to see future releases. For example; adding bulleted list would be a big plus. And it would also be nice the left side tree would autocreate (similar to WikidPad).  I'm surprised google search didn't have many hits for this product. It seems like its could become an excellent organizational tool!

Ken,  Thank you for the positive feedback.  We definitely want to get the bullet list feature in the next release.  Your idea about auto creating new pages is a good suggestion.  It fits with the Wiki concept.

Now that I have tried it, Linked Notes strikes me as a nice, but basic word processor, but I can't figure out what I would do with it.  Could you please tell me what it does or is supposed to do that my word processor (WordPerfect) or any other word processor does not do? I can use WP to make notes also in outline form.  I know I must be missing something important.  Thanks.

Hi Brian,  Linked Notes is much lighter than a full blown word processor.  It is designed to have a small foot print for portability.  Since so many people run Linked Notes from a USB flash drive, we added encryption capability for the note pages.  That was important to secure private information in the event of a lost USB drive.  The index is very handy for organizing your notes.  Note page names and URL's automatically become hyperlinks within your notes for useful navigation.  Anyway, give it a try and see if you like it.  It will not replace your word processor.
